Happy New Year! We are now at the beginning of a brand new year, one that allows us to start fresh, and set some new goals. I am not one to look back with regrets, but sometimes it is helpful to coontemplate the past year in order to make improvements for the future. One practice that I find interesting and helpful each year is to look back to see what recipes were most popular on Italian Food Forever. This helps me plan future posts, and it is often surprising to find some posts very popular, while others that I thought would attract a lot of attention get a lot less attention.
