National Blogging Day of Remembrance For Newtown, CT

  1. Thank you. I have been looking for, and hoping for, responses from my favorite bloggers to this tragedy. There is no adequate response, of course; but to make no note of what happened, and how it has affected all of us, seemed wrong. I appreciate that you did mention it here. I got an e-mail today from a friend of mine in Europe, who had reached out to all of her American friends to express her own grief and to say that she wished us all well. That is really where healing will begin — by people saying how it affected them, and reaching out to others to say they care.

  2. This is a beautiful tribute….I as well cried and creid and cried when those so innocent were taken away at such a young age as well as the teachers, principal, etc that were taken away from their families. As I sat with my daughter and tried to explain that they are all in heaven with the teachers, people that they all loved and they are looking down on their families and letting them know that they are ok and are watching them.
